If good food, good wine and Italian Art and History are your passions, if a gourmet vacation in Italy with guided visits is what you are looking for, then Taste of Marche is the solution for you.
|
Taste of Marche combines Italian cooking classes with Art Tours in Marche Italy. Everyday an Italian cooking course, excursion to Marche Art Cities, visit to local markets, picking aromatic herbs and vegetables from the kitchen garden, wine tastings and lectures.
You discover the many similarities between Marches culture and it's neighbouring regions Tuscany and Umbria, with local characteristics that make this cultural inheritance absolutely unique.
At the end of the course you will be able to cook some simple and delicious Italian dishes. Next to that you will have gained an overview of the cultural heritage of Marche. And you will know a lot about the major Marche wines through wine tastings, visits to producers and lively background lectures.
