Veronica’s enthusiasm and experience with painting directly from the landscape is evident from her lively, richly coloured paintings. Her demonstrations, using both palette knife and brush are a revelation in themselves. Her courses have been very popular.
It would be useful to have a basic understanding of oil painting in this course, but help will be on hand for those who need it. The more experienced painter would find it fascinating and inspiring.
While the aim is to be out of doors in the stunning surroundings on the farm and at Llanthony Priory,Veronica is equally at home with still life painting,and brings a selection of lively subject matter to paint. In poor weather this will be an equally enjoyable option.
