The programm consists of asana practice, pranayama, meditation, discourses on Yoga by the teacher Wijnand Gijzen and Annelies takes you out for Hiking in the beautiful surroundings of The Art of Joy.

Yoga sessions are held on the terraces with amazing views of the ocean
in the mountains of Monchique. Apart from teachings and practising of yoga in the morning we go on hiking after a delicious breakfast and you can inscribe for different consultations and massage in the afternoon. Dates: 5 until 12th of May is fully booked and 24th of September until the 1st of October 2011 is still available.
