Features and Amenities
Renaissance is an 18th century stone barn, tastefully converted, yet retaining its rustic heritage and acts as the inspiring venue for these unique course retreats.
Our course retreats offer fantastic value for money and include full board, 3 meals per day with wine in the evening for the duration of your stay, all course materials and tuition fees, as well as your transfers from our designated airport in France.(Please see below and also our website for more details and for our terms and conditions)
The facilities, such as bathrooms / showers are shared. The bedrooms sleep either 2 or 3 persons and we encourage sharing a room, as we believe that this adds to the supportive environment and facilitates the community spirit of the courses.
If you prefer a single room then it might be possible to accommodate you, depending on availability. In these cases a single room supplement would apply. Those wishing to book a course with a friend or partner, with whom they can share a room, would also be offered a discount on booking. (See cost / fee / price page for full details of course costs and all available discounts.)
We will provide all meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner and all refreshments during breaks, except for one evening meal on the half-day off. On this evening participants are encouraged to go out and experience the local cuisine and restaurants.
Breakfast and Lunch will be a traditional French buffet, including fresh fruit, pastries from the local boulangerie, variety of cheeses, salads, cooked meats, freshly baked bread.
The evening meals are delicious specially prepared three-course meals, cooked in the traditional French country style popular in this area.
All meals will be healthy, prepared on site and using fresh, local produce.
Wine will also be served at the evening meal (included in the course fee) and then available afterwards on an "honesty box" policy.
