Casa delle Rose is a 17th century farmhouse
with a pergola covered with roses. The house
has been beautifully restored to create
spacious, stylish rooms combining elements of
rustic tradition with modern comforts.

The house includes many traditional touches
including terracotta tiled floors and beamed
ceilings and is comprised of a large
livingroom with a working fireplace, four
large bedrooms each with a double-bed, a
bathroom with bath-tub, wash-basin, bidet and
toilet and a second bathroom with bath-tub,
wash-basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,
dishwasher and all the kitchen-utensils for
preparing breakfast, lunch or diner.

In front of the house is a beautiful garden
with dinning table, parasol and chairs
exclusively for the guests staying at Casa
delle Rose.

At a distance of two kilometres lies
Serrapetrona, a small Medieval village that
is famed for it's sparkling red Vernaccia
wine, pure and healthy water and clean air.

The Caravanserraglio Agriturismo in Marche,
