The northern Murgia region - a great plate of clay whose terraces are covered with clay clods or topsoil as they slope down towards the Adriatic Sea - is a wine and olive growing area. It is also an ideal starting point from which to explore the area Puglia of grapes and wines. We therefore invite you to join us in a week-long food and wine tasting tour which will include some of the regions most important local independent producers.

The tour usually covers the period from Friday to the following Thursday and includes a visit to at least five small independent producers in Puglia, five tasting sessions and a tour of the main archaeological attractions and monuments in the area (from the castles of Frederick II to the Romanesque cathedrals and Canosa's archaeological finds). All tasting sessions are conducted by an oenologist or a member of the Italian Sommelier Association.

The tour costs € 950 per head with accommodation in a double room, â € 1,450 in a single room, and includes transport to and from Bari airport and during the entire tour, seven nights in a double room, breakfast, lunch and supper. The flight to Bari airport is not included. No trips or tasting sessions will take place on Sunday.
