If you are traveling to Umbria or in Tuscany but you don't have time for a full culinary holidays, we also offer one-day class that will make your vacation unforgettable! Our cooking class begin at approximately 10.00 a.m. and are generally about 3/4 hours long and include the preparation of a multi-course meal, which you enjoy with wine at the end of the lesson. The Umbrian cuisine is incredibly rich and varied, famed for its heady olive oil; the wines are among the best produced in Italy.
Recipes vary according to the season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available and providing you with a deeply individual Italian experience. The cooking lessons are great, the food sublime!

PROGRAM of one /1 day Cooking class
10:00 Arrive in the country farm "la volpe e l'uva" in Perugia. Begin instruction, highlighting the history of Umbria cooking and presenting the day's menu. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves for hands-on preparation of a glorious meal.
13:00 Enjoy the fruits of your work! Eat the foods that you just created complemented by our wine and extra virgin olive oil.
After the lessons you can relax around our swimming pool!
Class can be confirmed any day of the week for a minimum of 2 people.
RATES : one day cooking class 2009/2010
The rate per person is 98 euro (for a group of 2 persons traveling together)
The rate per person is 88 euro ( for a group of 3/4 persons traveling together)
The rate per person is 78 euro (for a group of 5/6 persons traveling together)
